I am a full-time real estate consultant with Keller Williams Greater Columbus Realty, poised and ready to join the city's top real estate professionals by providing extraordinary customer service to those looking to buy and sell real estate.

• My website was selected as one of the most impressive Keller Williams templated websites and was displayed in Las Vegas in February 2006.
• I have created a unique service called Reel-Tours, allowing webiste visitors and potential buyers to view a specific property by way of video - much more convenient and telling than still photos (though those are still an important piece to my marketing strategy as well).
• I maintain a Real Estate Blog, which is similar to an online journal, where I can update my readers with my latest successes, lessons, troubles, and opinions.
• My Buyers can become part of my Red Carpet Buyers Program and receive their very own free personal website and automatically be notified any time a new listing or a changed listing is created in the Columbus area.
• My Sellers have online access to check the latest feedback following the showings of their property for sale. Feedback is the key to selling your home!

Personal Background

My wife Molly and I have been married since July 2002, and have lived in Columbus since that time. We live happily in the great city of New Albany, where Molly is an 8th grade New Albany Middle School Language Arts teacher. We have a black lab named Durden who keeps us both busy.

 

We regularly attend Heritage Christian Church and do what we can to better the Columbus community.

 

Educational Background

I graduated from Kent State University in 2002 with Cum Laude honors, earning my degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.

 

I constantly stay on top of real estate topics and trends by attending Continuing Education courses as part of my commitment to being the best real estate consultant for my clients. This is done through Hondros College and Keller Williams University.

 

Outlook

I am eager to become one of the area's most trusted and respected real estate consultants, gaining respect from both my colleagues and clients. When people here in our great city of Columbus think "real estate," I want them to think of Dan Hamilton.
